    Worked for over 25 years in the consumer sectors. Over the last 15 years he has led on many of the most high-profile Chair, CEO and CFO appointments in the industry across the UK and Europe. This has included interviewing candidates across 3,190 consumer companies globally! His depth and expertise has been honed through a career which began at the Boston Consulting Group in the London Consumer Practice, before becoming a CEO of a New York based fashion brand, and following this, a beauty and cosmetics business based in London.

    Elliott’s reputation has been born out of the successes of the companies he has advised over the years. Now a leading voice in the consumer industries across Europe and further afield, Elliott sits on a number of advisory boards including the UK’s fintech retail charity, Pennies, the UK’s Women’s Diversity in Hospitality, Travel & Leisure Board, the UK’s Diversity in Retail Board and the luxury watch retailer Board, Time Products.
